Simple returns when an order is not right.

We want every customer to feel confident after purchase, so returns and refunds are handled with clear steps and fair review.

Return Window

Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date the order is received.

How to Start a Return

Contact support with the order number, the item being returned, and a short reason for the request. The team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, label details.

Eligible Items

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

Items We Cannot Accept

Items with signs of wear, installation, modification, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact support as soon as possible with order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement item is prepared and shipped as soon as possible after the return is reviewed.

No Restocking Fees

Standard eligible returns are handled without restocking fees.

Cancellations and Changes

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the normal return process.
